Access control, ANPR and AI CCTV are what we do most. Instead of quoting from scratch every time, we fixed the three most common combinations — hardware, quantities, scope and warranty in one place.
* Prices include standard installation and a 1-year warranty. Cabling beyond standard scope, scaffolding, civil works, remote-area travel and third-party fees are quoted separately and itemised.
Not sure which one?
Most clients need two or three of these together. These are the usual combinations — describe yours and we will know the setting.
ANPR entry/exit plus Octopus payment: whitelist opens the barrier, visitors pay by ticket or QR.
New reader at the lobby, keep the existing lock
Face access kit: new terminal and touchless button; existing strikes and cards usually stay.
Footage too blurry to check after an incident
8-channel AI CCTV kit: new NVR and cameras, human detection to cut false alarms, mobile playback.
The owners’ committee wants an explanation
We can prepare a one-page summary and device layout for your meeting pack.
From a photo to handover, in four steps.
01
Send photos and the address
Email photos of the gate, door or lane plus the quantity and your current system. We reply within half a day with a direction and an indicative price.
02
Free site survey
We measure, check lighting, test door weight, trace cable routes and power, and tell you on the spot what can stay and what must change.
03
Quotation and schedule
A line-item quotation with models, quantities, scope and exclusions. On confirmation, we book the installation dates.
04
Install, accept, train
We install to programme, test on completion, brief your staff, hand over accounts and test records, then the warranty period begins.
Six questions we get every week
Does the price really include installation?+
Yes. Standard installation, basic configuration, commissioning, a user briefing and a 1-year warranty are included. Only work beyond the standard scope is charged separately — runs over 30 m, scaffolding, civil works, travel to remote locations, and third-party fees such as broadband, power upgrades or Octopus merchant applications. These appear as line items in the quotation, not as surprises at handover.
Can we keep our existing barriers and cards?+
Usually yes. If the barrier motor and mechanics are sound, we normally replace the controller and add the recognition camera. We audit existing cards on site and will tell you honestly which ones must be replaced.
Do we have to buy everything at once?+
No. Start with a single door at HK$6,800, or do the car park first and add CCTV later. Packages are a clear starting point, not a bundle you must take whole.
How long will the entrance be out of service?+
A single door is typically done within half a day, with a mechanical key or temporary PIN in the meantime. An entry/exit car park set usually takes one to two days, phased so that one lane stays open. The programme is confirmed after survey.
What happens if something fails after handover?+
Faults not caused by misuse are repaired free during the warranty period, within the response times stated in the contract. You also receive as-built diagrams and account details, so you are never locked in to us.
Is the survey and quotation free?+
The site visit and quotation are free. If you need drawings, tender documents or a presentation to an owners’ committee, that is scoped and agreed before any work starts.
