Why us

The handover is where the relationship starts.

One team from quotation to maintenance

Survey, design, cabling, installation, commissioning and after-sales are handled by the same people.

Look at the site before the hardware

The same camera behaves differently in a backlit lane and a covered lobby. We measure light, speed, door weight and cable routes first.

No rip-and-replace

Residents keep their Octopus cards and existing barriers wherever possible. We upgrade recognition and management, not your finishes.

Handover documents you can use

Device layout, cable labels, accounts, test records and warranty scope — handed over in one package.

About us

FAQ

What services do you cover?

Access control, face recognition and attendance, ANPR and car park access, parking payment, CCTV and video analytics, video intercom and visitor management, intrusion alarm and guard tour, ELV cabling, system integration and maintenance.

How long does a quotation take, and is there a charge?

We normally survey the site first, then issue a written quotation within a few working days. An initial quotation for a single system is free; design fees for extensive drawings, tender documents or multi-block schemes are quoted in advance.

Can existing systems be retained?

Often yes. We assess controllers, readers, barriers, cameras and intercoms individually, then list what can be kept, what should be replaced and where the risks are — so the decision is budget-driven, not all-or-nothing.

How accurate is your ANPR?

Accuracy depends on lane conditions — camera angle, backlight, slope, vehicle speed, tailgating and plate condition. We test with real vehicles on your lane before quoting and report results honestly, recommending loops, radar or a second camera where needed.

Is face recognition mandatory? Can residents opt out?

No. Every design keeps card, PIN or management-desk alternatives, and residents may decline enrolment. We help clients prepare the collection statement and notices explaining purpose, retention and access rights.

Will doors lock people in during a fire or power failure?

Escape doors release on fire alarm and remain open, and must be openable on power failure. Secure rooms may use fail-secure locking with mechanical key or emergency release. All arrangements are documented and physically tested.

An entrance residents never have to complain about.

Send us the address and a photo of your entrance. We will come back with a direction and an indicative price, then survey on site.
